Penlink is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide essential support to our marketing team, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for coordinating trade show and event logistics, managing budgets and marketing assets, handling lead data entry, and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally across teams.

Location: This position is located in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistics for trade shows, conferences, and events, including registration, payments,

attendance tracking, shipping, and materials management.

  • Prepare pre-conference documents and communications to ensure Penlink attendees have the necessary

information for a successful event.

  • Manage event-related budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Manage logistics for printing, shipping, ordering, and tracking inventory of marketing materials, giveaways,

and promotional items.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and lead follow-up to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing activities, content creation and distribution, and digital initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Pardot to manage lead generation, tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing activities and assist department leaders in project coordination.
  • Compile reports on marketing performance and event impact for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or event coordination, administrative support, project management, or

a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, budgets, and deadlines with extreme

accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and a creative

approach to tackling challenges.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift up 30lbs
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events.
  • Must be based in Lincoln, NE, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week after the first

90 days.
