What You'll Do
Supports and implements the directives and priorities set forth by the Executive Director and the Senior Management Team. Ensures employees perform treatment and operations in a way that is consistent with the goals and directives of the Director as well as established agency policies and individual person-centered plans. Represents the agency leadership in a manner that provides for congruence across all hours of operation; direct, coordinate, and evaluate all aspects of program as provided through staff activity-based interventions; participates in developing and implementing services. Prepares daily schedules and coordinates activities to ensure required ratios, clinical model of care, and quality of service. Ensures that Person Centered Plans are developed, appropriate and implemented; all admissions and discharges are coordinated with external professionals and community resources. Follows up restraints or seclusions with a debriefing with staff involved; completes supervision log and debriefing forms. Ensures that a supervisor is available at all times between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and “first responder” coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Program manager will meet the requirements specified for a Qualified Professional (QP) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in child/adolescent MH/ SA treatment services.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid Driver's License
