East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Production Administrator to join our Production team in supporting proper documentation and timely closure of batch production tickets.
The Production Administrator works collaboratively with Production, Logistics, IBP and Quality to ensure batch records are completed in a smooth and efficient manner. This role is pivotal part of our manufacturing team to ensure customer demand is met.

Process 35% of time
- Process and track production orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion to meet customer demand
- Monitor and track errors, omissions, and/or deviations to support continuous improvement projects
- Auditing work to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments including IBP, logistics and quality to ensure smooth workflow
- Work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Inventory to accurately investigate variances in consumption of raw materials and packaging
- Enter production data into databases or software systems accurately and in a timely manner
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking ability to navigate and solve complex problems
- Solid work ethic, self-starter, and result-oriented
- Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Thrives in an ever-changing work environment
- Effectively managing a multitude of work responsibilities
- Balances attention to detail and swift execution
