East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Production Administrator to join our Production team in supporting proper documentation and timely closure of batch production tickets.

The Production Administrator works collaboratively with Production, Logistics, IBP and Quality to ensure batch records are completed in a smooth and efficient manner. This role is pivotal part of our manufacturing team to ensure customer demand is met.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Process 35% of time

  • Process and track production orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion to meet customer demand
  • Monitor and track errors, omissions, and/or deviations to support continuous improvement projects
  • Auditing work to ensure accuracy

People30% of time

  • Collaborate with various departments including IBP, logistics and quality to ensure smooth workflow
  • Work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Inventory to accurately investigate variances in consumption of raw materials and packaging

Tools & Administration35% of time

  • Enter production data into databases or software systems accurately and in a timely manner

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • ERP/MRP experience preferred
