Our client—a well-established and rapidly growing company in the construction and infrastructure services industry—is seeking an experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead strategic planning, operations, and organizational alignment. As the CAO, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, implementing scalable systems, and keeping the entire company aligned with executive vision. Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to execute strategic goals and drive organizational alignment.
  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable operational and administrative systems.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with department leaders; translate vision into tactical plans.
  • Oversee revenue streams, resource allocation, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Track KPIs and project milestones, flagging risks and ensuring timely delivery of goals.
  • Serve as the main communication bridge between the CEO and department heads.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, administrative systems, office vendors, and service providers.
  • Lead employee goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized data management and assist in legal and business planning documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in office, project, or operations management.
  • Background in construction or excavation industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Skilled in budget management, problem-solving, and organizational development.

Work Schedule

  • Location: On-site role in a newly built office facility.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, salaried position)
