Summary
Studio71 is looking for a Social Platform Programming Coordinator on the West Coast to program Studio71’s video for talent. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Facebook videos and a proven track record of success in bulk uploading. Additionally, the candidate should bring a positive attitude and team mentality to the position. This is a full-time position – ideal candidates are based in LA.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually + benefits.
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive bonus incentive compensation based on the achievement of applicable sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Able to handle managing multiple content calendars
- Understand and manage the workflow for publishing to Facebook
- Community management
- Creating thumbnails and writing copy
- Can identify new strategies or ways to increase views and revenue
- Can develop easily digestible content performance reports for management and talent
- Assists in recognizing potential talent for our Facebook business
- Clearly understand Studio71’s value proposition to provide strategic video and content strategy recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute the best and quickest results
- 1+ years working on Facebook
- High-speed internet at home
- Knowledge and understanding of digital video and influencers/social landscapes
- Self-motivated and proactive go-getter
- Organized and knows how to prioritize tasks
- Must have strong interpersonal & communication (written and oral) skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
