The Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Account Executive, Brand Marketing reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary

The AE, Brand Marketing, will support the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that enhance Celebrity Cruises’ brand positioning, drive demand and deepen customer engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, this role will play a key part in campaign execution, content planning and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless brand storytelling and maximize commercial impact.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns that strengthen Celebrity Cruises’ market positioning and drive consumer engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign assets are developed, reviewed and deployed on schedule
  • Support the execution of new channel initiatives, helping test and launch emerging platforms
  • Support the development of marketing briefs and campaign documentation to align stakeholders on objectives, messaging and execution timelines
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and status updates, ensuring all cross-functional partners remain informed and aligned
  • Assist in organizing and tracking campaign assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
  • Monitor campaign performance, compiling key metrics and insights to inform optimizations

and post-campaign reporting

  • Conduct competitive research and industry trend analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and best practices
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback loops with senior leadership, ensuring all materials are prepared on time and in accordance with best practices
  • Maintain internal marketing calendars, tracking key campaign milestones, launches and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a brand marketing or brand strategy role.
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
  • Project management
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on PowerPoint
  • Self-starter and ability to identify tasks at hand.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
