Position Overview

We're seeking a Project Producer to oversee creative projects from concept to completion. This role brings creative vision to life by coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring quality execution across our fashion, events, and media initiatives. You'll work closely with designers, artists, and external partners to deliver compelling creative work that maintains our distinctive aesthetic while meeting client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Project Direction

  • Shepherd creative projects through all phases from initial brief to final delivery
  • Collaborate with creative directors and designers to translate concepts into executable plans
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
  • Facilitate creative reviews and feedback sessions, ensuring work meets brand standards

Client & Production Management

  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and approval processes
  • Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Facilitate effective communication between creative teams and clients
  • Manage production logistics for shoots, events, and other creative outputs
  • Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets

Team Coordination

  • Lead cross-disciplinary creative teams including designers, photographers, writers, and developers
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and specialists
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration between different creative disciplines
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in creative production

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics
  • Estimate resource requirements for creative initiatives
  • Develop production schedules that balance creative excellence with timeline constraints
  • Identify opportunities to streamline creative workflows without compromising quality

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create comprehensive project documentation that captures process, decisions, and outcomes
  • Develop project post-mortems that identify successes and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain a library of production resources, templates, and guides
  • Document creative processes to preserve institutional knowledge
  • Establish standardized naming conventions and file organization systems
  • Create efficient handoff procedures between different creative phases

Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years experience as a project manager or producer in creative agencies, fashion houses, or cultural organizations
  • Proven track record managing creative projects from concept to completion
  • Experience coordinating fashion shoots, events, or multimedia production
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows and timelines
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to speak both creative and business languages
  • Experience managing budgets for creative productions

Preferred

  • Background in fashion, art direction, publishing, or event production
  • Experience with production logistics for physical goods or experiences
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of digital production processes
  • Experience working with international teams or projects
