- Weekdays: Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm (Part-time)
- OR 4 weekdays, including Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed.

- Provide Therapy: Work directly with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Teach Key Skills: Help children develop communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles.
- Engage with Clients: Stay active throughout the session, engaging in play and assisting the child in achieving learning goals, which may include bending, squatting, and playing on the floor.
- Maintain Data: Accurately record session data, track progress, and help with reporting treatment goals.
- Ensure Safety and Confidentiality: Ensure client safety during sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or GED and at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus)
- A smartphone or similar device for capturing session data
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance (travel to clients' homes is required)
- Ability to engage and keep up with active children while maintaining professionalism
- Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, physical exam, and immunizations as required
