Position Summary

This is a full-time on-site position for an Investigations Assistant at McCraw Law Group in McKinney, Texas. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the investigative process by performing critical tasks that help develop the case and provide crucial support in managing personal injury case files throughout the pre-litigation process.

To excel in this role, an individual must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency, meticulous organizational skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and a profound understanding of how to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. The Investigations Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of investigative documents while diligently adhering to established processes and procedures.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal Assistant certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated work experience in a related field, office role, or customer support position.
• Ability to conduct investigations to support case development and resolution.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in managing shifting priorities and maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Adept at multitasking, balancing competing deadlines, and working efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven self-starter capable of working attentively with minimal supervision.
• Committed to accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
• Excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
