Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal Assistant certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated work experience in a related field, office role, or customer support position.
- Ability to conduct investigations to support case development and resolution.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in managing shifting priorities and maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Adept at multitasking, balancing competing deadlines, and working efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven self-starter capable of working attentively with minimal supervision.
- Committed to accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
- Excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
