• Consult with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality palliative care.
• Evaluate and certify terminal prognosis during admissions and certification periods.
• Serve on the Professional Advisory Committee and conduct educational seminars to enhance patient care.
• Provide in-house or phone consultations for acute clinical issues and participate in joint visits as needed.
  
  

Qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, preferred board certification in hospice and palliative care, and a valid state license.
