School-Based Clinician - Solano

Position: School-based Mental Health Clinician

Accountability: Reports to Mental Health Program Supervisor/Director

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Role: Provide direct mental health services to children and youth at assigned schools, including therapy and case management as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Duties

• Deliver culturally sensitive therapy to eligible clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with school staff.
• Manage a caseload of 16-20 cases and co-facilitate groups.
• Consult with parents on children's mental health.
  
  

Qualifications

• MSW, MA, PhD or PsyD required; must be licensed or registered.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
  
  

Work Environment: Office/community setting with telecommuting options. Local travel required. Background checks mandatory.
