Director of Nursing Services (DON)

Seeking an experienced, full-time Director of Nursing Services (DNS) for a 51-bed skilled nursing facility in Manchester, NH. The DNS will oversee resident care, coordinate nursing services, and ensure quality improvement. Responsibilities include conducting clinical rounds, managing care planning, and sharing on-call duties. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN license in NH, and have at least two years of long-term care experience, including one year in a supervisory role.

• Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year
