We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist for a new outpatient pharmacy at Yuma Foothills Medical Center. This role involves providing coverage for the Pharmacy Manager as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, 2 years of retail pharmacy experience, and a valid Arizona pharmacy license.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine necessary ingredients.
- Compound medications using standard processes.
- Provide information to customers on drug interactions, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain quality assurance and security procedures for controlled substances.
- Enter data to manage pharmacy files and inventory.
