- EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Provisional LMSW or LMHC license in New Mexico; BLS within 6 months.
- SKILLS: Strong communication, advanced assessment, crisis intervention, and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment.
- EXPERIENCE: Preferred experience in a human services agency.
- ENVIRONMENT: Exposure to infectious diseases; requires physical and emotional resilience.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle emergencies, lift patients, and work in crisis situations.
