Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Development work as part of a team to develop and support applications, contributing to large projects and managing entire applications for smaller projects.
• Task Prioritization efficiently prioritize tasks and technical issues throughout the software development process, utilizing issue and bug tracking tools for seamless communication within the team.
• Documentation create and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing product offerings, collaborating with team members and departments to understand and document business and technical requirements.
• Maintenance and Upgrades perform necessary maintenance and upgrades to new and existing products, occasionally working non-traditional hours to implement changes.
• Technical Specialization focus on specific systems and technologies, which may include front-end or back-end software development, and mobile app development.
• Continuous Learning stay updated with the latest software engineering methodologies, design patterns, practices, and technologies related to software application development.

What we are looking for

• Educational Background
  
  
  

Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field.

• Experience
  
  
  

Three to five years of similar or related experience.

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Visual Studio, VS Code, MS SQL Server, and IIS.
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as asynchronous programming, HTML, JavaScript, C#, XML, SOAP, JSON, REST, SQL, .NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and MAUI.
• Experience in developing and debugging console, web, and mobile applications, as well as web services, micro-services, distributed architectures, and database-centric applications.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming patterns and relational database design.
• Competence with scripting and automation tools.
• Experience with source control management tools like Git or Mercurial.
