Responsibilities

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team, focused on providing excellent patient care in a home health setting. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients' physical and mental abilities to determine therapy needs
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapy sessions to improve motor skills and daily living activities
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans
• Educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques
