Job Duties: Craft and design process workflows to build utility grade production using lean Solutions Engineering methodology. Connect and integrate data, configuration, systems and operations dependencies to optimize the end-to-end pipeline. Own the facilitation of process solutions with partner teams, collaborating with business leads, domain specialists and system engineers. Prioritize and deliver results-oriented, more efficient, and effective processes using business intelligence to measure impact of changes. Analyze business processes to help understand and handle the current environment, controls, identify gaps, duplications, overlaps and redundancies and recommends solutions for improvement. Perform process mapping and documentation of workflows. Collaborate with vendors to bring efficient and leading-edge platforms to improve data supply chain processes. Train and guide partners and staff in process and continuous improvement techniques. Provide Level 2 and 3 production support for all aspects of the platform that the team are responsible for existing processes and new business opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related quantitative field or two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst or related. Must have two (2) years of experience with the following: SQL and Sybase; Linux; Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology and practices; Process Design; and Flowchart Software such as Draw.IO; Visio; Lucidchart; Griffy or equivalent. Must have one (1) year of experience with: BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Splunk; and Software versioning tools such as Git and CVS. Must have any amount of experience with: Python.
