Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees across all sites.
  • Support HR processes across all sites, such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and performance management documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with corporate-level communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across all locations.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support benefits administration tasks such as open enrollment, eligibility tracking, and responding to employee benefit questions when needed.
  • Help coordinate training programs, compliance tracking (e.g., I-9, OSHA, HIPAA), and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with site-level HR representatives to ensure consistency in processes and data integrity.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and HR-related metrics as requested.
  • Provide support during internal investigations, employee relations matters, and leave of absence tracking.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources support or coordinator role, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and benefit administration.
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and demonstrate a service-oriented mindset.
