Direct Care Worker

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living skills and ensuring their safety and comfort. This flexible 1099 contracting role allows you to coordinate visits based on your availability and the needs of those you serve. Responsibilities include helping clients develop daily living skills, monitoring their comfort and safety, and providing emotional support. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others, possess strong communication and time management skills, and are at least 18 years old, meeting state provider requirements.

• Compensation starts at $15.25 per hour.
• No cap on hours worked.
