As part of our growing team, we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Network Administrator to join our IT department. This role will be a critical role to ensure our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and operating at peak performance to support our daily operations.

As part of our growing team, we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Network Administrator to join our IT department. This role will be a critical role to ensure our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and operating at peak performance to support our daily operations.
Requirements
- Monitor, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Manage and secure firewalls, enforcing firewall rules, NAT policies, and network segmentation.
- Design and implement reliable and secure network architectures to support distributed locations.
- Oversee VPN tunnels and remote access infrastructure to ensure secure connectivity for remote users and sites.
- Perform network diagnostics and resolve issues related to latency, packet loss, or hardware issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Utilize monitoring tools to assess network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize traffic flow.
- Perform cable drops, patch panel terminations, cable patching, and rack organization as needed to support network infrastructure and site setup.
- Assist in the development and implementation of backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Enforce network and data protection standards in line with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and the safeguarding of PHI.
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
- Skilled in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure across enterprise and distributed environments.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Proficient in using network monitoring and performance analysis tools to identify issues and optimize traffic flow.
- Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, or CCNP.
- Familiarity with additional network security tools and cloud networking technologies.
- Experience supporting AV conference rooms, digital dashboards, and network infrastructure across multiple offices.
