Community Care RN

This full-time position offers a $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates and supports the PACE Cully site. The Community Care RN provides and supervises independent nursing care for patients, adhering to the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care to promote patient health and independence. Weekend shifts may be required.
