Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area in Somerville, MA. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting nightly audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures for guests
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate records of room availability and rates
• Ensuring the security and safety of the property during the night shift
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
