Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality coaching services to individuals seeking personal and professional development.
- Utilize our proprietary framework and materials to guide clients.
- Manage your own schedule and client load with complete autonomy.
- Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions.
- Generate leads and attract clients through social media and networking (support provided).
- Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine client needs.
- At least 5 years of professional coaching experience.
- Proven ability to effectively coach individuals in leadership and personal growth.
- Excellent communication and virtual interaction skills (Zoom, etc.).
- Working knowledge of social media platforms for business purposes.
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine commitment to client success.
