As a Grill Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of creating high-quality dishes for our guests. You'll follow our Bear Tooth Grill recipes, adding your personal touch to cater to our customers' preferences. Working closely with our Front of House and Back of House teams, you'll ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Keeping our work environment clean and adhering to our hygiene and dress code policies will be crucial in delivering safe and outstanding food to our patrons. Must have availability on Sundays.
You must be 16 years of age or older and have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or be willing to obtain one).
Experience Is Preferred.

- This position requires availability on Sundays. We are looking for individuals with PM availability.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Read all printed tickets carefully with attention to detail
- Accurately produce orders following recipe guidelines and ticket specifications
- Monitor the temperature of equipment and food cook times while taking personal pride in every item delivered for service
- Operate oven, fryer, grill, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Effectively coordinate the timing of the various products and courses for every order regardless of station
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Assist with dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as needed
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect

Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions
- Stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Lift and Carry 30+ lbs
- Work in hot and humid environments
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Multitask and retain multiple called ticket items
- Basic knowledge of kitchen terminology and knife skills
- Regular raises (every 3 months)
