2–3 years of billing experience, preferably in a BPO or customer service setting.
Quick to adapt to new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at identifying discrepancies in billing procedures or customer accounts and implementing effective solutions.
Highly detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in reviewing billing data and financial transactions.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and handling complex processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and process billing information accurately and efficiently.
Review billing transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account information.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines related to billing.
