Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Design and lead creative activities like art projects and simple science experiments that build motor and sensory skills.
- Organize and oversee collaborative games that foster social interaction, emotional awareness, and expression.
- Monitor and evaluate each child's development, offering tailored guidance suited to their individual learning styles and speeds.

Basic Requirements
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with preschool-aged children (0-5 years) in a preschool, daycare, early learning center, or similar early childhood education setting.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- An Associate's degree focusing on Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschool environments.
