Bloomington-Normal is in the heart of Central Illinois, approximately 125 miles southwest of Chicago, 155 miles northeast of St. Louis, and sixty-four miles northeast of Springfield. As a vibrant, upscale Midwestern community, Bloomington-Normal is home to Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University and has a thriving economy with companies such as State Farm, Country Financial, and RIVIAN. Christie Clinic offers a two-year income guarantee of approximately $280,000 based on the MGMA Median, along with productivity incentives, ancillary income, and a partnership track. The package also includes a comprehensive benefits plan, 401(k), profit sharing, relocation allowance, and a sign-on bonus.
