Job Description:

Affinity Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized catheter care for clients in their homes across New York City and Long Island. As part of our dedicated team, you will help ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide catheter care including maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring for any signs of infection or discomfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on proper catheter care and hygiene practices.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York.
• Experience in catheter care is REQUIRED.
• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned area (STATEN ISLAND).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support patients and families.
  
  
  

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $40.00+ per hour
• Shift Length: Flexible hours (12hr shifts)
• Payment: Weekly pay
