Our Consumer Lending Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Care Specialist to join our team!
This role works closely with the Consumer Lending Team to ensure members receive the highest level of service while maintaining the integrity of our vehicle loan portfolio.
The Loan Care Specialist will take a role in daily workflow coordination, ensuring proper loan servicing procedures are followed. This includes assisting team members on title processes, Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), and amended paperwork while providing support on escalated member concerns. The ideal Team Member will possess advanced knowledge of vehicle title and CPI processes and demonstrate a proactive approach to risk reduction, process improvement, and member service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Consumer Lending Team in, ensuring adequate loan protection and compliance.
Review and complete title and insurance-related tasks, including title releases and escalated delinquent title cases, to reduce risk.
Support ongoing education for team members regarding title processes, CPI, and compliance procedures.
Handle escalated member concerns related to title perfection and insurance tracking, working closely with Collections to minimize risk and loan losses.
Proactively recommending efficiency enhancements and ensuring the highest level of service for our members.

Knowledge of vehicle title and CPI processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide mutually beneficial solutions to members and stakeholders.
