Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and ensuring clear communication.
- Utilize ERP systems like Innergy to input and adjust project timelines and priorities.
- Work closely with shop teams to monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project quality.
- Assist in reviewing project documentation, including records, drawings, and specifications.
- Help coordinate installation logistics and ensure all project components are ready on time.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Innergy ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Experience in construction or fabrication is a plus but not required.

- Competitive salary, starting at $65,000-$75,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses
