PURPOSE

The Analyst gathers and provides inputs to align preseason deployment and fulfillment strategies for Wholesale in North America (NAM), and thus ensures seamless execution by tracking deviations to the aligned plans. This includes the planning for seasonal distribution center (DC) utilization, including the complexity of customer orders, to optimize fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preseason Strategy Alignment: Gather and provide inputs from Account Management team to align preseason deployment and fulfillment strategies for Wholesale in North America (NAM).
  • Execution Tracking: Monitor and track deviations from aligned plans to ensure seamless execution of deployment and fulfillment strategies.
  • Account Direct Ship Targets: Gather and coordinate account direct ship targets at the division level to enable accurate DC utilization and capacity planning.
  • Customer VAS Requirements: Collaborate with Cost Services teams to gather customer value-added services (VAS) requirements and integrate them into fulfillment plans.
  • Deployment Strategy Meetings: Meet seasonally with Deployment teams to ensure alignment on deployment strategy and address any potential issues.
  • Stakeholder Inputs: Provide inputs to DC Operations, Inbound, and Finance teams to help manage long-term staffing and costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deployment and fulfillment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize deployment and fulfillment strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on deployment and fulfillment performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of deployment and fulfillment operations for Wholesale.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Post-graduate level preferred; alternatively equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Customer Service environment within the footwear and apparel industry
