PURPOSE

The Assistant Manager of Business Enablement for Wholesale Supply Chain is responsible for organizing all business decks and leadership cadences, maintaining action item lists developed with key customers, and ensuring the development, maintenance, and progress of the strategic one-pager. This role supports seamless communication and strategic alignment across the organization to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Leadership Cadences: Coordinate and manage account Top-to-Top cadence schedules and content, ensuring timely and effective meetings.
  • Organize Business Decks: Prepare, organize, and maintain all template business presentation decks for internal and external use, using creative story-telling techniques.
  • Compile and Track Action Items: Develop, maintain, and track progress against priority action items created with key customers in Smartsheet, ensuring follow-up and completion.
  • Ensure Strategic One-Pager Progress: Oversee the development, maintenance, and progress of the department strategic one-pager, ensuring it aligns with commercial and supply chain business goals.
  • Support Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between Sales Execution and Supply Chain Account Management.
  • Track Milestones: Utilize Project Management tools such as Think-Cell to monitor and track progress on key initiatives and milestones, providing updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales Execution, SCM Account Management, SCM Business Enablement, and SCM Projects to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
  • Implement Process Improvements: Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the Wholesale Supply Chain Strategic Planning function.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Post-graduate level preferred; alternatively equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Footwear and/or Apparel
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in Project Management or Business Consulting.
