Tableau Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tableau Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage Tableau to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable business insights, and deliver visually compelling dashboards and reports. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data-driven decisions.

• Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.

• Translate business needs into data models and actionable visualizations.

• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with data engineers and other analysts to ensure data availability and performance.

• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Tableau skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.

• Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Tableau Certification (Desktop Specialist, Desktop Certified Associate).

• Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Looker) is a plus.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).

• Experience in [ Financials ] is an advantage.
