Corporate Human Resources Assistant - HR Assistant Job Summary

Here at BridgePoint, the Corporate HR Assistant Assists, plans, coordinates, and participates in the performance of varied and responsible work in the Human Resources related projects and initiatives. Provides administrative and management of technical assistance to HR staff (with a focus on assigned projects, programs and operations). These activities include budget preparation, reconciling and monitoring; report preparation and conducting preliminary analyses and liaison with the Vice President of Human Resources for the purpose of coordination and facilitating the smooth operation of tasks and projects. Files and maintains information in the employee record. Answers inquiries and provides information to customers. Answers phones, schedules appointments, and performs data entry and general clerical duties for Human Resources and Employee Health. Maintains strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Licenses/Certification: PHR designation preferred.

Experience: 2 years clerical experience. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and managing filed required. Computer experience required. Must possess excellence customer service skills.
