We’re hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships to lead the acquisition and growth of mid-sized to enterprise CPG brands. You’ll own the brand sales strategy and pipeline, building relationships with sustainability, packaging, and brand leaders at companies looking to invest in circularity and demonstrate measurable environmental impact.
This role is ideal for a senior seller or partnerships leader who knows the CPG space, understands the pressures brands face around ESG, and can develop creative, scalable partnerships.

About The Job
We’re hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships to lead the acquisition and growth of mid-sized to enterprise CPG brands. You’ll own the brand sales strategy and pipeline, building relationships with sustainability, packaging, and brand leaders at companies looking to invest in circularity and demonstrate measurable environmental impact.
This role is ideal for a senior seller or partnerships leader who knows the CPG space, understands the pressures brands face around ESG, and can develop creative, scalable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead brand acquisition strategy targeting mid-to-large CPG companies that use aluminum, PET, and glass.
- Identify and close high-value partnerships that drive both revenue and environmental impact.
- Work closely with sustainability, marketing, and packaging decision-makers to tailor Replenysh solutions to their goals.
- Represent Replenysh at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a trusted sustainability partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop programs that combine brand goals with our on-the-ground supply chain.
- Report on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development experience, ideally in CPG, packaging, or sustainability.
- Deep understanding of CPG operations and decision-making structures, especially around packaging, ESG, or procurement.
- Strong network and credibility within the CPG space.
- Proven ability to navigate and close complex enterprise deals.
- Strategic thinker who can connect Replenysh’s capabilities with brand-level goals (e.g. recyclability, transparency, impact).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to make the case for sustainability through a business lens.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with sustainability platforms, EPR regulations, ESG reporting, or impact measurement tools.
- Background in packaging, supply chain, or brand marketing at a CPG.
- Help build a future where packaging never goes to waste.
