What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property experience (leadership experience preferred)
• High energy, resident-focused personality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a leasing team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional writing and grammar skills for resident communications
• Experience with Entrata is a plus
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the hiring, training, and scheduling of front office staff
• Driving leasing goals through effective marketing and sales techniques
• Assisting with rent collection and achieving delinquency goals
• Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
• Managing resident requests with a customer-first mindset
• Helping to track purchase orders and invoices
• Promoting community events and engagement efforts
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of all leasing procedures and rental info
