Summary:


Responsible for the preparation of SEC financial reporting. Report to Manager, Financial Reporting and work alongside Technical Accounting and Director, SEC Financial Reporting.



Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparing the quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q/K, Earnings Releases, and other SEC filings.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting guidance.
  • Review reporting language (XBRL) tagging.
  • Contribute to the monthly and quarterly close processes.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual accounting memos.
  • Prepare flux analyses.
  • Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
  • Interact with external auditors to ensure requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Participate in other projects as required.



Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Accounting degree and CPA required.
  • Accounting professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in public accounting under GAAP required.
  • Big 4 audit experience a plus.
  • Experience in financial reporting a plus.
  • Experience with general ledger systems a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.



Miscellaneous:


  • Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week).
  • Travel not required.
