The Regional Business Manager (RBM) (Outside Sales) is responsible for consultative sales of Curant Health’s Medication Care Management Engagement Solution to various clients and healthcare service organizations. This role plays a key part in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and is directly accountable for contracting, patient growth, revenue generation, and regional margin performance.

The RBM represents Curant Health in the community, actively engaging with clients, clinics, grantees, sub-grantees, state agencies, community health centers, county health clinics, and hospitals to drive adoption of MCM solutions. Additionally, the RBM participates in industry conferences and seminars to promote Curant Health.

Essential Functions

  • Lead contracting efforts with new prospects and expand services with existing clients.
  • Drive new patient growth for Curant Health’s Medication Management services.
  • Monitor aggregate revenue and margin performance at both regional and client levels.
  • Serve as a peer leader in developing and executing A.P.P. client strategies.
  • Document prospecting and client activities using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Curant Health Specialty, including initiatives related to Ryan White and PrEP grantees as well as limited distribution specialty drugs.
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned by management.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of combined related sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical services.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and experience with healthcare engagement solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites, conferences, and industry events.
