Your Mission as BDC Manager:
Lead and energize a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to meet and exceed performance targets
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing training and support
Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
Set and track performance goals, making real-time adjustments to stay on target
Elevate the team’s performance through effective prospecting and communication strategies
Leverage CRM tools to track lead activity, conversion rates, and team metrics
Drive innovation by integrating market insights into the team's daily workflow
Jump in where needed — no task is too big or too small when it comes to growth
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership or management role (Automotive BDC or sales-related required)
A natural motivator who can inspire teams to reach new heights
Results-driven with a laser focus on metrics and performance
Tech-savvy and fluent in CRM systems, analytics tools, and sales platforms
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Passion for building processes that improve conversion and customer experience
Must pass all pre-employment background screenings
