Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in planning, organizing, and directing Physical Therapy Services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with administration, medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to plan and deliver therapy services.
- Maintain and develop physical therapy standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Current Florida license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Nursing home experience preferred but not required.
