Hours
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

1 position based at our MH/SUD outpatient facility located in Roaring Spring, PA

Hours

Work Location:

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Check clients in and out for appointments
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Process payments for services rendered
- Perform data entry and maintain client records
- Adheres to guidelines of confidentiality.
- Operate office equipment and utilize Microsoft Office programs
- Travel periodically to satellite offices in surrounding counties as needed
- Work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (some evenings as needed)
- Business or associate degree or 3 to 5 years of related job experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Prior knowledge of computer software, office equipment, and Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
