Our Special Investigations department seeks a data analyst. This role is responsible for conducting database research, understanding and analyzing data, identifying red flags and providing summary reports and analytical support to associates.

Salary: The pay range for this position is $40,000-$52,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To

  • conduct database research using various third party and public databases
  • analyze research results
  • prepare reports to be used by SIU, Claims, and Legal-Litigation associates
  • alert SIU Managers of red flags identified through analysis
  • review and assist with triage of automated alerts

Be Equipped With

  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • keen attention to detail
  • the ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • the ability to work independently and with a team
  • a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility
  • the ability to write concise, accurate reports
  • claims knowledge (preferred)
