What You'll Be Doing

  • Connect with applicants, schedule interviews, and keep records sharp and organized
  • Lead the charge in onboarding caregivers, RNs, and office staff
  • Match applicants with cases and ensure smooth coordination
  • Guide Personal Assistants (PAs) through a seamless enrollment journey
  • Craft engaging communication campaigns and monitor COVID-19 updates
  • Manage essential documentation and verifications and oversee seasonal projects like flu vaccination coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma; Associate’s degree is a plus
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (home care experience is a bonus)
  • Bilingual in Spanish-English is highly preferred
