Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Support the customization and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to improve automation and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and end-users to understand functional needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and documentation to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to enhance system performance and usability.
- Provide basic user support and training on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and an eagerness to learn ServiceNow development.
- Programming experience with PHP or Java.
- Basic experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.
- Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles and IT workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
