Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site service and maintenance for customer accounts.
- Install food preservation and industrial humidification systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory counts.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and relationship management.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs independently.
- Travel to job sites locally and occasionally out-of-state (company vehicle or air travel).
- Attend occasional in-office visits and company training sessions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' experience in a mechanical servicing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work independently.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must bring their own basic industry specific tools.
- Positive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
