Job Summary
ON SITE REQUIRED, Albany, Georgia.
Oversees and Manages all HR related processes and programs associated with assigned facilities/service lines within Phoebe Putney Health System Provides support to the assigned facilities/services lines on Human Resource practice, innovations and legal parameters. Manages all employee relations responsibilities, to include but not limited to, employee/management counseling and coaching, EEOC charges, unemployment hearings, legal issues, employee complaint investigations, the exit interview process, turnover analysis, etc. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Education Requirements
4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field (Required); Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
3 - 4 years Experience in Human Resources (Required)
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES
Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
