We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Legal Team in our Corporate Office in Campbell, CA!
Overview of Role
At West Valley Construction, our Contract Administration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including proposal analysis, negotiation, and compliance. Provide guidance on complex contracts, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues. Conduct regular contract reviews and audits, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining accurate contract documentation and databases to support efficient project delivery.
