Overview

The core schedule for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This is a shift startup. Onboarding and training for the position may be Monday-Thursday until ready to work on the product independently.

Shift Differential: 20% on top of base wage. "Work 36, Paid for 40!"

Right now! We're hiring for two associates in our Offline Welding Station. The position is Offline Flow Welder (Must be a D.1.1 certified welder, able to pass a re-exam or a welder with complex-blueprint reading capability and be able to pass the exam in the future).

Working in the Offline Flow Station, you will be responsible for operating or overseeing the offline flow station, where our more complicated jobs are fabricated. You will play a crucial role in accurately fabricating our doors, adhering to our quality standards and ensuring optimal performance and safety in the production process.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
  • Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
  • Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
  • Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed

Requirements

  • A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Having passed the AWS D1.1. skills test or have the capacity to do so
  • A solid understanding of production and organizational methods
  • Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills
  • Fine-tuned communication skills
  • Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process
  • High School Diploma or GED desired
