We're officially on the search for an Event Admin to join our Las Vegas-based team. The Event Admin will support the Event Manager and Coordinator in planning and executing events of all sizes across the country. They will oversee project tasks through internal platforms, track and adhere to rigid deadlines, and ensure timely communication across the Company. This position includes maintaining event inventory and stepping in to handle partner or stakeholder communications when the Manager or Coordinator are unavailable.


The Deets:

  • Assist the Event Manager in coordinating and executing events by providing day-to-day administrative support;
  • Document meeting notes and assign follow-up tasks to appropriate team members;
  • Maintain and update event schedules, briefs, and itineraries to reflect the most current information;
  • Prepare and organize event materials, such as welcome packets and informational documents;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and support teams to ensure timely delivery of event assets that meet brand and partner standards;
  • Create, manage, and update all event-related tasks and subtasks in ClickUp, ensuring smooth progression through the project timeline;
  • Monitor and coordinate event-related schedules, meetings, and booking logistics;
  • Track and maintain a live inventory level of event supplies and materials.


The Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience in administrative, clerical, or event planning roles;
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools preferred;
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications;
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration;
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;
  • Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency in task execution.
