Responsible for collecting and entering complete and accurate demographic, personal and financialinformation pursuant to the registration process. Including the correct entry of physician orders for prescribedtests, supplies and procedures. Able to float to one or more practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required Skills
X High school diploma or equivalent □ Preferred X Required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum one year in customer service focused environment or Computer, data entry experience preferred.
